Instructions (Instrucciones)
·          We´re going to start our PE lesson (Vamos a empezar la sesión de Ed. Física)
·          Be quiet, please!  (Silencio, por favor)
- Pay attention and listen to the explanation ( Estad atentos y escuchad la explicación)
·         Stand in the middle. (Quedaros en el centro)
·         Don´t cross the line. (No pasar de la línea)
·         Stay behind the line. (Detrás de la línea)
·         Sit on the ground. (Sentaos en el suelo)
-    Stand in a line
·         Make a circle. (Hacer un círculo) 
-    Line up  ( Hacer una fila )
·         Make two lines, along … one here and one there.
·         One behind the other. (Uno detrás de otro)
·         In pairs face to face. (En parejas cara a cara)

- High knees > levantar rodillas
- Heel flicks > talones al culo
- Lunges > sentadilla de una pierna hacia adelante
- Shuttles > ejercicio de líneas de basket
- Side steps > carrera lateral
- Hops > saltos con pies y rodillas arriba

first weekend

At the first moment, I felt very bad because I didn´t understand to David and Chris. After one hour this thing changed. I felt better when I started to understand their games, and they said to us, that the mistakes weren´t a ploblem.
After the first weekend I decided to take courage and begin to impart my classes in English.
